Challenge

Mexican SMBs run payroll, attendance, time off and compliance across separate tools or Excel. The goal was one product that unified it and could be sold to many companies at once.

What we built

Multi-tenant SaaS with 10 modules in production: dashboard, employees, step-by-step payroll, attendance, recruiting, workplace-risk compliance, time off, performance, companies and super-admin. Each company sees only its own data by design (database-level isolation), with brand, currency and calendar configurable per tenant.

In production, with Bernav Capital as the first tenant running its own HR on the platform. Built from day one to scale to more companies with no per-client development.
